I only gave it 4 stars because I haven't used it for its intended purpose yet. But I set it up in my living room to make sure it was good to go for our vacation. I read some reviews complaining about instructions weren't included. I'm not very mechanically inclined, but it took me about 2 minutes to have it figured out and completely'assembled'. The material seems pretty durable and has plenty of places/ways to anchor it down. The only downfall is, I wish the carrying bag was a little bigger. I did get it back in there but it was a little tricky... and maybe if I had another set of hands it would be better? Idk. I'll try to remember to do an update after we get back from our beach vaca in OBX.UPDATE-thw only issue I had with this thing is that it is hard to put up in higher winds. The first 2 days if our vacation the winds were pretty high. But with help it went up without issue. It withstood the winds as well. Once the winds died down it was very easy to set up alone. It's also very easy to put away and fits into the bag fairly well. That is why I changed my eating to a 5 star. I am very impressed by this thing!
