Yes. These shoe’s require assembly! The inserts & the shoes are not pliant. So stiff and hard, with my arthritis I was unable to put the inserts in. If you have help, maybe that won’t be an issue but the shoes seemed so stiff I doubted I’d even be able to get them on my feet. But I didn’t try. Returned them.
