Love these shoes! Got them to raise awareness for Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD) because “Red shoes rock!” These are perfect: comfortable, bright, lightweight!I like everything about them! Comfortable from the first time I put them on. Light weight but with support.I wore these shoes, and a slip on pair, on a European trip & they couldn't have worked out better. Sturdy on cobblestones, cool in the heat & cute to wear. I didn't wear socks & my feet stayed dry and blister-free. I will exchange for a half size up. Not sure how well this shoe will last. Will write another review after i use it for a bitThe shoes were marked down, and only in the Carbon Grey. This is because they aren’t grey…they are navy. I knew that before I ordered so to me the price was a great deal. I tried to take pictures in different light so you can see the color. Its pretty, just not grey. Now for the fit. The material is like a men’s wool suit…smooth, not rough and sweater-like. Soles are like any other white foam sole…my adidas and nikes have the same sole. Not a huge amount of bounce, but definately adequate. Slippery until you walk on concrete and rough them up a bit. Nice and roomy in the toe box, but i did size up a full size based on other reviews. Not much arch support, which i like, but roomy enough for orthotics if you need them. Overall I’m very pleased with them and am glad I purchased them!First, let's start with packaging! I loved it. They come in a lightweight, reusable drawstring backpack. LOVE THAT. There is no unnecessary plastic packaging, boxes, nothing. Just the shoes inside the 1 FedX bag, then in the backpack. Less waste to throw away and I will reuse that cute backpack.I love these shoes. I have had my eye on them for a while, but they are pricey, $96, so that held me back. Plus, I couldn't find them in stores and I like to try on shoes, rather than buying online. I was hesitant, but bit the bullet and ordered them from Amazon (plus, the color seriously sold me).They came yesterday. I ordered the olive green, size 10. Sizing is true to size - they fit perfectly. The color is gorgeous and this is, seriously, the most comfortable, lightweight shoe I have ever had on. I am madly in love with them. The toe-box is rounded (rather than pointy) as a shoe SHOULD BE (I don't know who decided to make pointed shoes, but they don't work with my foot). These are perfectly rounded to conform to your foot.I don't like wearing socks, which is why I bought them. They fit perfect without socks, are very comfortable and I feel like my foot is well-supported.I'm sorry I took so long to buy them. I truly love this comfortable, wearable shoe! My only gripe - that high price-tag. But, that's ok; I love them.The shoes are super soft and would be very comfortable if they had my half size.
