I like the way it folds up easily. When it is opened up, the floor isn't completely flat. The end wall near the handle is difficult to put in.The cart can't be fully engaged in the open position in order to put this piece in place. I'll probably put a piece of plywood on the bottom for two reasons: 1) to cover the bulge in the middle and weigh it down to try to push it down. 2) to quiet the sound if tossing things into the cart. These issues might be only to my cart. This is a Christmas gift and I don't have time to return for another one.
